Farm Boy in Orléans has consistently been my go-to supermarket, and for good reason. The quality of their fruits and vegetables is unmatched. Every time I shop there, I’m greeted with a vibrant selection of produce that is always fresh, crisp, and appealing. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining such high standards, and it’s something I deeply appreciate as a customer.nnThe customer service is exceptional as well. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Whether I need assistance finding a specific item or have a question about a product, they are quick to offer their support with a smile. It creates a welcoming and pleasant shopping experience that stands out from other supermarkets.nnThat said, I do have one minor concern that I hope the management will address. During my recent visit, I noticed a significant change in the size of some produce items. For example, the radish bunches have been reduced to about half the size they used to be, and the same goes for the green onions and parsley. While the quality remains excellent, this reduction in quantity feels like a step back. As a loyal customer, I believe that maintaining both quality and quantity is key to keeping shoppers satisfied.nnFarm Boy has built a reputation for being the place to go for top-notch fruits and vegetables, and I genuinely want to see them continue to live up to that standard. I’d like to kindly request the produce manager to reconsider these changes and ensure that the products offered remain consistent with what customers have come to expect.nnDespite this small issue, Farm Boy remains my favorite supermarket, and I’ll continue to shop here regularly. I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration because I truly want to see this wonderful store maintain its stellar reputation. Keep up the great work, and thank you for providing such an exceptional shopping experience!
Obviously the best grocery store in Orleans...but also the most expensive. The products are great with many of them not being found in other stores. The meat section is fantastic with quality meat from brands that are not maple leaf. The meat doesn't look grey or stink when you open it at home. You get what you pay for on this front. Tons of other quality brands whether you are talking eggs, butter, canned goods etc.nnWhen I shop here I am at peace with the universe.nnThe only downside is there is no cleaning/homecare/health care section. Due to that fact you can go to Sobeys nearby or try your luck at the warzone that is Walmart or Superstore and hope for the best.
I love this store. The meat is always fresh with really high quality. I love their hamburgers too....sooo delicious
Fresh produce, lots of options, well stocked shelves, and friendly staff, everything you would expect from a Farmboy.nnI'm not sure if the franchise regulates prices across locations, but I've gotten steaks here for roughly $5/kg less than another Ottawa location fresh-packed / same day.nnThe only downside is that it can get kinda busy.
I love shopping at Farm Boy - I find that the produce is always extremely fresh and the variety is spectacular. The meat counter and deli is very well stocked. Farm boy is the perfect spot if you need to grab a quick pre made meal or all the ingredients to DIY a gourmet meal.
