You can argue that this is just another Farm Boy, but this location really is so much fun. There are little scenes set up everywhere with noises and music. And, there is an elevated mechanical model train that rolls around the store. It’s so much fun! And of course, there’s a nice little seating section two levels for people to enjoy a quick snack. They have a rotating pizza option at the prepared food bar. And of course, you can find all the cool in store Farm Boy brands and some local Ottawa options here.nnGive it a try!
Today 04/13/2025 got some bakery items that were supposed to be fresh however when I ate some! it's clear that it was made a few days ago! Shame on you.nThis farm boy location does not seem to be very clean when it comes to food. Today I got baked in cookies and ended up with a hair inside, 3 months ago got food rice and veggies and ended up having a severe diarrhea.nI don't understand what's going on.nI went to this location less than 10 times that makes it 2 times out of 10 there was an issue.nIf a food inspector from the government comes here this location is going to be closed for sure.nIt's not fair for the client to pay for the product and end up with a hair in the food or with any other issue.
The store is purposely selling American food and advertising them as food from other countries. Corn on the cob was advertised as Canadian and apples were advertised as if from Italy. Extremely dishonest people.
My first time at a FarmBoy. What an incredible store such a thoughtfully designed experience.
I’m writing to share my recent experience at the deli counter on March 27 between 5 and 5:30. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing and far below the usual standard I’ve come to encounter in the last 10 years.nWhen I placed my order, I requested 200 grams of meat, but the staff member gave me 100 grams instead. When I politely pointed out the discrepancy and explained that I had asked for 200 grams, she responded by saying, “No, you asked for 100.”nnI understand that mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive. Rather than clarifying or offering to correct the order, I was told I was wrong. This interaction left me feeling frustrated, as I simply wanted the correct amount I had originally requested. Customer service is not her thing. And I will not go backnnI’m sharing this feedback because I usually have positive experiences at your store and hope this can be addressed to ensure smoother communication in the future.nnI wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from one of your cashiers during my visit right after that awful one. First cahier before leaving check ou. He was very kind, polite, and made the checkout process pleasant. His friendly attitude stood out, and I truly appreciated his warm and professional approach.nnThank you for your time—I appreciate your attention to this matter
