My 20 month old granddaughter was a patient here. At this point she is overdue for a lot of shots. Her last appointment was 2months late because we kept being told they couldn't schedule and to call back.. Now she is months overdue when we left the last appointment we were told they couldn't schedule to call a certain week. Called that week were told sorry can't schedule. Told to call back again giving a week to call same thing each time now she is months overdue. Have changed to a new facility which is sad because we really loved her Dr.

Where do I start? It's half way impossible to get an appointment, when I have gotten appointments they've taken all my meds away (including my rescue inhaler and Flovent disc) I had an open sore on my back that hadn't healed after two years and instead of just telling me it's benign the Dr decided to dig it open and rudely patronize me for not already knowing it was no big deal (I'm not a doctor nor could I even see the sore as it was on my back) they've given me absolutely no help and pretty much refuse to do blood tests. A friend of mine went in to verify her pregnancy and they refused to do her blood test and said she had a cold. She went to another place after that and she was most certainly pregnant. I've been trying to get some tests done and they are giving me the run around. They'll leave me on hold for a long period of time (not uncommon but there's more) then when I get through to someone they instantly put me back on hold when I tell them I need blood tests. I end up getting sent to voicemail and never contacted again. What ties me and my friend together? Neither of us have insurance. Better hope you have insurance if you want help from this hell hole because all they do is fleece it. They don't give a damn about their patients, only how badly they can screw the insurance companies. No insurance, no help. I mean come on, there is no justification for taking an asthmatics rescue inhaler from them. I sincerely hope I die of an asthma attack because I'm not getting any help with any of my health issues from these people.

Never contact you back or make refills when asked. Very poor service.
