no doctor available, no stability in doctors either... always get, ``sorry we will need to call you back because your Dr doesnt work here anymore`` this place is more like a clinique than a family doctor who should be able to follow you and your health. Sad state of medicare!

I went today to this clinic and I met this receptionist. She was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful when I asked her for some information about putting myself on a waiting list to have a family doctor in the (CUMF) of the Sacré-Couer Hospital. It seems that this person does not have vocation of service. Unfortunately she did not give me her name. But as a reference she was an African or Caribbean woman with long hair.

Malgré le fait que j'ai attendu 12 minutes sur la ligne téléphonique, le jeune homme qui m'a répondu l'a fait avec beaucoup d'écoute et de tact. En ce 27 décembre, dans la capitale de la grippe, je suis vraiment très heureux d'avoir obtenu un rendez-vous dans la même journée. Excellent service.

La personne qui m'a recu etais ps au courant de mon dossier.payé stationnement pour rien....Pas intéresée et --Sais Pas..ses réponses. .
