0 star! I got there 2 hours before my appointment time. Because I have an appointment later at another hospital, asked if I could be seen earlier because I can’t miss the next one. The answer is NO, you wait until 2 hours passed, the doctor still calls other patients, I can’t wait their usual lazy late time!!!! I wasted the entire morning there just to having to cancel this appointment, because her royal highness doesn’t care. Whenever she sees me it never took longer than 10 minutes! For a prescription that takes less than 5 minutes she wasted my entire morning! Completely disgusting practice! If I could change my family doctor I’d do it in a heart beat! Cold hearted people have no place in being doctors!
I had an appointment though GAP so I can’t comment on the secretaries or the ease of booking an appointment.nnBut wow the ladies there were so kind and helpful! After seeing so many doctors that only seem to want me out as soon as possible I finally found some amazing people that listened and actually helped me. The doctors and nurses I interacted with were kind and lovely.nnHighly recommend, please be patient and treat our medical workers with respect
My new family doctor is amazing, so far all the staff I've spoken to are great. The doctor schedules aren't available very far in advance so you end up having to call often, but I usually get an appointment quickly.
Fast, friendly reception. Waited 1 minute for nurse and less than 5 minutes for doctor. Clean and organized offices. Free parking in front of the building. Overall fantastic and easy experience. Can’t ask for more, really
