"Anne Haldemann is our owner and operator who has years of experience as a foot care hygienist. Working with Anne is a Licensed Practical Nurse L.P.N. providing advanced diabetic foot care. Dr. Norman Kew Podiatrist. We believe informed patients are better prepared to make decisions concerning their well being. Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the nurse has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. At this foot care centre you can also be assessed for custom molded foot orthotics or you can browse our selection of orthopedic shoes. Came here for orthotics. Had the Best experience. Dr. Kew is so friendly and easy to talk to. My feet feel fantastic after years of Constant pain. I had a really horrible experience at another place and felt so hopeless. He makes the best orthotics as they are made with a plaster mould. Those other foam box things are terrible. I also hd some trouble submitting paperwork to my insurance and I called and asked for help. The owner really went above and beyond staying in contact with me and making sure I received money back. Anne is an absolute sweetheart and so very knowledgeable.
I went to this foot clinic as well because I was in a lot of pain with an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. Contacted this place and went in to see the lady that happened to be working this day and wanted me to see the podiatrist while he was in to give me a diagnosis of what was going on. Ended up referring me to the foot care nurse which wasn’t much better, cut the toenail without any freezing and the pain was ungodly and just cut the nail straight down, not even evenly blending it in, just a mess! May have been in the chair like 5 minutes and said there you’re all done and sent me on my way. When I left I was told I could claim this appointment through my insurance but ended up it wasn’t covered without a prescription from the podiatrist which I would have to go back the second time already seeing him the first time, but said I’d have to go back again to see him but there would be an additional charge of 100 dollars to see him the second time and get a prescription. After I spoke to the receptionist when she called me back, I told her to cancel my next appointment, that I’d rather put up with the pain before I’d ever go back there again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
I went to this foot clinic because I was experiencing pain from a slightly ingrown large toe toenail and I was going on a vacation where I’d be doing a lot of walking so I thought that a foot professional would do a better job addressing the issue than a pedicurist would. I informed the lady who was working that I cared about how my feet look and that I planned to get my nails painted the following week so that they would look good in sandals. Despite having said that, the lady working who was also training a student just chopped off all my toenails very short with absolutely no regard to how they would look afterwards, and I left feeling even worse than when I went in. To top it all off, I was charged $70 and now another toe is bothering because she cut that one and every other one too short so now it’s growing back grown in. All in all it was a terrible experience and I would never return.
Ann and her team have always been very professional and more than helpful over the many years I've been seeing them. Her clinic accomodates me every time and offers the best foot care I have ever received. Thank you Ann!

Great job done on my feet. I would certainly recommend Family Foot Care Centre to anyone with foot problems. I will go back for sure
