Dr. Catherine Arsenault was fantastic, doing a very thorough exam and explaining the results of each test. This was my first bifocal prescription, and Optician Alan Joseph took the time to explain the various options, with no pressure to "upsell", and also helped me navigate an issue with my insurance. I picked up my glasses today, and this is the best prescription I've had in years. Excellent service, excellent products.

I was in yesterday and Karen helped me pick out two great pairs of glasses! She was super knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to help me make the best choice. I’ve been a client of Family Vision for years - always a great experience!

Unfortunately have been trying to acquire contacts since late June, and they have not been able to deliver before a large trip to BC. Very disappointed as they don’t seem to put in the same service as they once did in the past. Will be moving towards online or other companies

Dr. Arsenault has been the most thorough eye doctor I've ever had. I love how she explains what she's looking for and my state of my eyes. I have an astigmatism, so have to wear toric contacts. I had a trial pair for only 4 days when there were two tears in them, I called and said I really liked them but had these tears. I discussed how I was suffering from allergies with dry eyes and was given suggestions for eye drops and was offered another trial pair to try with the new eye drops. This is my go-to vision centre with eye exams, buying glasses and contacts. Very professional, knowledgeable, patient and great service. Thank you!

While on vacation my wife sat on her glasses on accident, we went over to Family Vision Centre, and they helped us out immediately and straightened the glasses back out. Thanks guys!
