Absolute terrible place to shop. Made a purchase online & can’t do anything to return it, unless I want to lose my own money to pay for the shipping fee. Can’t return in store to get my money back, but I can return it for in store credit. Asked to speak to a manager multiple times & receive “she’s not in right now” EVERY time. I will NEVER buy anything from here again.

I have returned my damaged clothes to the Caledonia rd location. According to my canada post tracking #, they have received my returns a month ago and i still have not received an email of my refund. I've tried calling head office and the store & can't talk to a live person. The phone service directs you to the website. I spent over $100. DO NOT SHOP ON -LINE. Customer service is terrible. I ordered my clothes in June--returned them with the 30 days to get a refund and still nothing. Very disappointing. Better to shop at Ardene and Garage--they have a better customer service in place for on-line shopping.

I have sent numerous emails and no one has ever responded. I called the store and was assured that someone would return my email within 4 to 5 days. Well its day 11 and nothing This is terrible custom service. Let's see if anyone tries to reach out to me and explain my shoddy treatment. Not holding my breath

Purchased winter coat that had a MRSP of $349. within 2 weeks the cuffs were all pilled and the main fabric of the coat ripped. Horrible quality at a high price and they won't respond to me regarding the issue.

My wife bought us new winter jackets in October. After 2 months of casual use BOTH of our coats have stitching coming undone under the arm. Very horrible quality. No warranty. Basically a waste of money

Would give zero star but there's no option for that. Bought a bomber jacket and it says $29.99 but the cashier charged me $39.99 I asked why she said the sign is incorrect. I went to its sister company also near this location, saw the same bomber jacket and costs $29.99. My friend had the same experience, she took a jogger pants and the sign said $15.99, but when they punched in the cashier said it costs $20.99. Change your signs. Never coming back again.

Will NEVER buy from here again. Bought a $100 dollar winter jacket, the jacket was worn 3 times its all RIPPED and the store would not exchange it. Will never recommend again. Worst worst worst experience EVER. Very unfair that it hasnt even been 15 days and the store wouldnt exhange it even with receipt on a product RIPPED. Really upseting

I got hired last week at a ottawa location in a small mall called carlingwood and they changed my schedule 4 times in 2 days

Zero stars. Bought a winter coat and all the stitching coming out. Buttons falling off two weeks after I bought it. No return no exchange.. Terrible store to buy from.
