Apollo Pizza And Wings

First off, let me just say that the customer service is impeccable. My boyfriend and I decided to try something new for dinner and found tons of great reviews regarding Apollo's. We ended up deciding on getting panzerottis. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a mix up in our order and we were one panzerotti short. After calling the restaurant, Sharon was absolutely amazing about the mix up and even personally drove the missing panzerotti to me herself. The panzerottis were as fantastic as the service was and I would recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are amazing, not only is their pizza the best in London, their customer service is above and beyond, if they don’t give you a free dipping sauce or free extra topping, they upgrade your pizza size at no charge. Love them, it’s the only place I order my pizza and wings. I have been doing that for 6 years, since I came across them. It’s those little things that go a long way now a days. Big thank you guys keep it up, now I’ll wait till 3:30 and order my pizza and wings. Can’t wait : Much love to Apollos

I used to order from here a few years ago and just recently came back. I was very impressed with their pizza. Good flavor and just enough toppings. Will definitely try them again.

This is a new try for me....and I was not disappointed...made some great accommodations for me... will definitely recommend. Tasted as great as it looked

Ok, decent review. For a decent reason. They should drop the "& Wings" from the name. The wings were pale and leathery baked nonsense. No place in the world should sell wings that bad. If you dont have fryers, dont sell wings. They're awful. And really overpriced. A medium 3 topping and a pound of wings was almost 35 bucks. HOWEVER. That being said, the pizza is excellent. Thin, nice chewiness to the dough, which is very tasty, is it sourdough? Slow fermented?, a perfect amount of toppings, not too sparse or too heavy handed with the cheese. All in all, an excellent pizza. But skip the wings.

2nd time picking up pizza here. Last time I arrived and my order was messed up, so this time, I ordered online at 430pm for a 645pm pickup. I called in to make sure they got my order at 6pm family was hungry and I was picking up dinner after work. When I arrived my order was NOT ready, I was told 5 minutes. So I paid 93$ for 2 small keto pizzas, 2 lbs of wings and one XL pizza. After 5 minutes they tell me they burnt the large one, and the manager said I could take it home and he would deliver a fresh one. So I agreed, since my other food was ready. But instead of doing what the manager asked, the cooking staff remade the burnt pizza. At 7:15pm they brought my re made pizza hot and my other orders keto pizza and wings. I arrived home and of course the wings and keto pizzas were cold been sitting for over a half hour while they remade the pizza. While I was waiting a delivery guy came back twice , and was confused that I was still there. It’s too bad they are so extremely disorganized, because the pizza if hot is good. Being that they messed up my order 2/2 times, and made me wait 30+mins both times even though I ordered online hours earlier and called to make sure it would be ready I will never come back. Beware of extreme unorganized chaos. Even the delivery driver had to call both deliveries since they didn’t have the address. “Good Luck getting your food” he commented the second time. And to whomever orders pizza on a Friday here I repeat his phrase : Good luck getting your food

From the online ordering experience to the pizza still being steaming hot upon delivery, to the actual Hawaiian pizza, all great. Will order again. Also a plus for accepting cash at the door.

We chose this place based on ratings and ended up severely disappointed. Service was friendly but the pizza and panzerotti was nothing to write home about. Very bland, lukewarm for some reason they told us to pick up in 30 min and overall just blah. Disappointing considering we came from out of town and was looking for a great pizza here in London.

Apollo Pizza keto pizza & regular pizza is London Ontario's hidden little gem! Their almond flour crust for the Keto pizza is really great. Highly recommend this place. Their regular pizza crust is crispy with a nice crunch as one of my family member's reviewed. Finally this is a huge deal for the Keto community!
