the place is so loud.. staff is so rude and unclean... i can see pieces of skin on the tools .. water everywhere.. they shout at you ... and the lady polished my nails so uneven. that u can see the first layer and second! .. they barely do the job and finish so quickly it's annoying.. it was by far the worst experience ever for my first manicure and pedicure! horrible!!!!!!!!

Went there for a girls day with my sister-in-law. Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Two days later my gel manicure started to peel. I don't believe they actually used a gel base coat or topcoat that's why my nails peeled. I called for a refund just on my nails. Waiting for a response back bit dont expect tp get one. I don't even live in Connecticut so I don't ever have to worry about going to them again but would not recommend that nail salon.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. My pedicure resembled something done by a toddler, there was paint all over my feet, and the woman made me bleed numerous times. When I asked to speak to the manager because the woman was clearly incompetent, she began to laugh and mock me along with all of the other ladies saying "ha ha ha can I talk to the manager" severely unprofessional. THEN they got another person to finish my nails who also made me bleed two more times!! Never ever go here!! It was absolutely horrible I have never met such unprofessional and rude women.

Hands down worst nail salon I have ever been to. Came for a simple gel manicure and woman rushed through barely touching my cuticles and didn't file my nails at all! The paint was uneven and had many missed spots. When I explained she did it wrong she simply stared at me. It took me making a bit of a fuss to even get them to fix it. All in all unprofessional and I will never go back.

I've been coming here for years and today they really messed up. After I paid and she painted my nails I kept telling her that the paint wasn't even. She ignored me the entire time and moved my stuff to get it dried even after I kept telling her that it wasn't even. Complaints fell on deaf ears. I had to go to a different place. Never ever again will I return here.
