Fairfield County Medical Group: Cassetta Michael DO

If I could give less than one star I would. He clearly shows he does not care about his patients and is very dismissive. I got blood work done that he ordered that showed very concerning results for me and not only did he not contact me about the results, I reached out multiple times and left multiple voicemails and never heard back. A few weeks later, I received a 2 sentence letter in the mail diagnosing me with a condition from the results of my blood work. That was it!!! No explanation, no phone call, nothing. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

The person who answered the phone was very rude. I was referred by my Doctor . Obviously my doctor is gonna send referrals to doctors that accept my insurance. I have 2 insurances they accept one and not the other and that’s why they chose to not accept me as a patient. I never heard of that in my life. Sounded racist to me.

I am very disappointed in this office. I have a very good primary dr in Monroe who referred me here. I trust his referrals because he takes pride in sending patients to great providers. Twice my records were sent over and I called several times trying to get an appt but they said they would call me. I never received a call and did not feel I was valued as a new patient. After three months of trying to get an appointment I am looking for someone else.

Absolutely horrible staff who do not care who you are or how they can help you. This reflects on their establishment and Mr. Cassetta as a medical provider. Avoid this provider as your precious money spent on premiums should not go to this place.

Very unprofessional. Took personal cell calls while in the patient room and I was trying to ask questions about my condition. Gave me no clarity or nor acted concerned of my symptoms. Obviously too much going on to provide care.

I made an appointment with Dr. Cssetta, and the office staff was very helpful in finding a time that worked for me. At my appointment, Dr. Cassetta was very thorough, always tell the truth to you doctors so they can help you! I was definitely happy with his bedside manner and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Not to mention great staff at the front desk!

I can’t tell you how much I love this office. The front desk knows me when I walk in and is always so friendly. Dr. Cassetta took his time to explain my diagnosis and answered all of my questions, even when I think of them after I’ve left the office. Best rheumatologist in town!

Made appointment 4 months ahead. Called 3 days early to confirm and on day of appointment i am not on secdual took day off from work. This was to be my first visit to dr. If office staff is like this cant imagine what dr is like

Love him and everyone at this office. I was seen on time , everyone very nice and made me feel comfortable .Dr. Cassetta explained things very well to me.

He failed to check my symptoms and misdiagnosed me.
