Alexandra and the crew spent the time to show me a variety of semi and fully automatic cappuccino machines and I settled on a Rocket. I've used it for a couple of months and it is perfect for me! I was having some issues getting a consistent foam and went for a quick lesson today see before and after pics. They showed me an easy way to get consistent results...friendly, knowledgeable, helpful folks! Highly recommend this place.

I meant to write this review a long time ago, but we had a great experience when dealing with Faema, and Matthew really helped us out when deciding on which Jura unit to purchase for my new business, and did a great job demonstrating how to use it! I'm not sure if this is a requirement for everyone who works there, but he was truly passionate about his job, their products, and coffee in general. Definitely visit them if you're looking for high quality.

The store itself is really beautiful. It's set up kind of like an art gallery and you can try the machines that you are interested in. I was unfortunately very unimpressed with the staff. The lady helping me did not really know how the machine I was interested in worked, and actually gave me false information. I had done my own research and already knew which machine I wanted, but staff selling +$1000 coffee machines should really know the ins and outs of them before engaging with a customer.

I can't thank Mike and his team at Faema Canada enough! Extremely knowledgeable staff only happy to help before and after purchase. We were looking for a Rocket Appartamento and were able to arrange next day pick-up. Don't miss the chance to visit their incredible showroom on Dupont Street, it's a coffee enthusiasts paradise!

This is an excellent spot for espresso aficionados. Warm service, wide product selection and a beautiful store layout. The team Kelly in particular provided lots of guidance when helping us choose a great coffee blend for our home - highly recommend trying their "Gran Bar" beans!

We bought a Jura E8 about 9 months ago, the machine is great, but the censor was recently broken, it was such a bad experience to deal with the Faerna store to get it fixed. Faerna Toronto Yorkville store manager really needs a customer service training, she is rude with no customer service competency, she over-talks, not even listens and her excuse is the fact that they are very busy to deal with customer service. They really need to fix their service quality and hire a new store manager!

Very happy with my Jura ENA 4 Automatic Espresso Machine. Makes great clean tasting espresso. Matthew and the other staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality espresso machine.

Received the Jura E8 as a Christmas present this year. My Father worked with Matthew and Alexandra. They were terrific to deal with. In addition to the coffee machine the beans are excellent quality as well. Knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Will continue to shop with them :
