Loving it! The owners and the coaches are extremely nice and fun to hang out with! The vibe is great! You get to workout and make new friends at the same time! Everyday you experience different workout programs! I have definitely gained muscle and lost weight since I've joined the big family!

Workout including demonstrations was approximately 45 minutes where the workout was 40 minutes. The workout consisted of 4 stages where each stage had 3 workout variations done in 3 rotation sets. Each set was 30 seconds with 20 seconds between to get to the next rotation and be ready. There's a water break timed between each stage. It was quite interesting as this was done systematically on visual screens mounted on the wall with audible instructions as well. Even for someone new to this, it was quite simple to follow along by watching the example on the screens. They do offer a 14 day trial which is great to find out if this is a great fit for you.

Getting in shape isn't as simple as one might think. It takes not just exercise but a combination of several lifestyle changes. By adopting a healthier diet, incorporating exercise into your daily routine and staying motivated, you can be on your way to better health in no time. This is what F45 is all about. Team F45 Coquitlam is a group of people that comes in all size and shapes but all with one goal in mind, that goal is healthy living through the teaching of life style changes, exercise and support. My wife and I have been members for some time now and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a change in your life, I urge you to give them a try. I promise you wont regret it!

It's been a long time since I found an exercise regime that I LOVE and I have tried everything under the sun. I found that many places are quite intimidating and pretentious and this place is the exact opposite. The owner Brandi & Michael are so inviting from the very start and want to actually get to know you as do the amazing trainers. After the first session they will all know your name and actually remember it the next time you come in! It's awesome because the circuit classes are small enough that after a few times you recognize people and feel that sense of family and at the end of each workout you genuinely high five each other for working so darn hard. Speaking of hard work, you will indeed do that and you will have the trainers motivating you along the way. You will push yourself like you never have and with the free heart monitors you receive the proof will be in the calories you burn and the sweat dripping down your face after each class. The 45 minutes fly by because each session is different so if you are a person like me who gets bored easily this is definitely for you. Oh and the awesome pumping music and live DJ Saturdays keeps that FUN awesome environment pumping. Thanks so much you guys, you are awesome!
