I really appreciate the customer service and support especially during covid times. Bijan optical has been outstanding.
very fast service! received my glasses right after I picked my frame. No second appointment or pick up needed. Do need to call ahead so the staff can let you into the building, since U of A locked the building access to general public.
I’ve been using bijan since 2016, top notch customer service and amazing discounts always. Just got my second frames and I’m pleased that I get UV ray protection for free! Make sure to patronize them.
I don't usually leave reviews but these guys are great! Every time I come in I leave happy and have a great conversation as they always remember me. Also give me a great list of options when trying to decide which frames I want to go with and help me explore the many options!
I've been getting my glasses from Bijan Optical for years. Great selection of frames that you can't find anywhere else. Unbelievable service from all the staff and amazing prices!
