Room was dirty, entire floor had horrendous smell, room that we reserved was not available when we showed up.  We came here to have a warm place with water and electricity during a power outage but would have been better off staying in our house without power.  Will never consider this hotel again.

The staff at extended stay america is very dedicated to serve it guest they go above there city's to help any way they can a applaud the from desk the manager make you feel like a family a now my head to salute the team may God bless you all amen

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Had a kitchen. Would go back. Prices were reasonable for new years eve.
