Unfortunately, got there when they were under major lobby construction. They staff was very pleasant. My husband said the breakfast was very good. Eliza was so friendly it made breakfast enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom needs updating.

This hotel is easy to get to and right off the interstate. Rooms are a little small but over all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was amazing and the room rates were not at all bad. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast also included scrambled eggs and sausage. Near a highway so there is road noise, but it is constant so just like white noise, not an issue for sleeping.

Stayed the night because of power shortage. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. good value for the price.

Superb Hotel with fabulously friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed an overnight stay with my mother for her birthday. The location is perfect with tower bridge and south bank promenade at your fingertips, a short walk away the shard and culinary delights at borough market, we enjoyed it all.
