I dealt with Gordon McGuinness who was both unprofessional and unorganized. He seemed to have his own agenda when trying to sell you vacation packages. He was an arrogant man and was very difficult to deal with. I unfortunately did not have a good experience when working with him. When denying some of the add on packages he kept pushing, he finally gave up and told me to find someone else as I wasn't providing him proper business. In the meantime, he forgot to reserve our seats and as a result, we missed our vacation and had to book for something else. I had a very bad experience dealing with Gordon McGuinness and I would recommend to avoid him. I've dealt with much better travel representatives elsewhere.
