Due to experiencing a number of strange stress-related body symptoms, I booked an appointment with Lindsay for cranial sacral therapy. After just one appointment, I have experienced so much relief already. Lindsay is so talented and I can’t wait to return!

Lindsay takes the time to understand why you are in her office. Together you find a realistic goal to achieve. She works with you to reach your goal through treatments, exercises and sharing of information. When you leave her office you feel listen too, that your goal is achievable and most importantly much better. Lindsay is very professional and approachable. I have referred her services to others. Lindsay approach to physiotherapy is hands on, resourceful and respectful.

Lindsay is an absolutely wonderful physiotherapist. She specializes is visceral manipulation and does a fantastic job. She helped figure out and relieve a chronic pain that I had that no one else could explain. Thanks Lindsay!!

I have been with Lindsay at exhale physio for over 6 years. She is truly amazing! She has worked with my daughter after a horrible trampoline injury and knee surgery, my son to tape his feet before sporting events, and myself for injuries resulting from competitive skating in my youth.
