Sandeep Kulkarni is the reason I have been able to return to exercise after having post concussion for 4 years. I am now working my way slowly to playing hockey again. He has more knowledge on treatment than most doctors in Canada . My only wish is i saw him 4 years ago when i wasting my time trying to get treatment from the Canadian health care system.

The clinic is the only one in Ottawa I am aware of that treat concussion. Ask for Sandeep in particular to concussion treatment

Unfortunately the receptionist ruined this place for me and my wife (having had a positive experience myself with an assessment and fitting for orthotics). My wife waited for over a week for a physio appointment after an accident which left her bedridden. We specifically made the appointment in the evening so I could take her after work. Upon our arrival, the receptionist (the one with the English accent) rudely told us we were supposed to be there in the early afternoon, and that she had tried to call us but the number was not in service. I know we had the appointment time right because the original call for booking was on speakerphone. Plus the reason we never received her call was because she took the phone number wrong ("three" sounds nothing like "eight", and neither should they look the same if you know how to write!). At no point did she apologize for either of her TWO mistakes, instead she tried to make my wife feel like she was at fault. Needless to say we will not be returning there, just on account of this individual. I called Westboro Physiotherapy and although they are less convenient for us based on location, they fitted us under a cancellation the very next day.
