Now that's how you build a business. They came, gave me two possibilities for the problem and the costs associated with each, fixed the problem and lo and behold it was the lesser cost. Three hours--$427 with no surprises. When I called them on the phone and they determined it wasn't an emergency they asked if three days later at 9 AM would work for me and I agreed. They showed up five minutes early. These guys operated like they had respect for the customer. Drop sheet everywhere they worked and shoes off at the door. Cleaned up better than when they arrived. I was home and they called me over whenever they wanted to show me something important. Their whistling while they worked was a little off-key but they tried! Great experience all the way around and couldn't recommend them more. You'd be lucky to have them.

They installed a new furnace for us. We received awesome service. Their quote was less than the other company we looked at and for a much superior furnace too. They were courteous and did a great job. There was a couple hiccups, but they handled it professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

He fixed my furnace remotely through the phone. That guy helped me through the phone, to fix my furnace when I was checked everything he gave me a clue to fix it.Now, my furnace is working properly. He is a fair guy and if I serious problem happens I will call him because I believe to his knowledge and his experience.

Coldest day of the year, I called at 6am.They returned my call within 10 min of leaving a message. Service tech Nam came out and was amazing. He found the problem quick and walked me through it. I highly recommend the Excelsior team. Being new to Saskatoon and a new home owner, trust me that you won't be disappointed or taken advantage of. Thanks guys! see you on my next emergancy. Hopefully it won't be as cold.
