JOB Heating and Air Conditioning

We have been having issues with our fireplace since it was installed by our builder five years ago. We had countless visits from the plumbing company who installed it and another company and it never was fixed properly. We finally got frustrated and called the authorized dealer in Saskatoon and they gave us JOB"s number to have them come and fix it. Lo and behold it is finally fixed and Lawrence who came to our house to fix it got it working. THANK YOU so much JOB Heating and air conditioning. You are top notch.

Thank you for your response. Firstly, as with highly skilled professional people, you should not spend 1 hour and 15 mins to find a right part from your own system. I would spend that much time to find the right part, because I am not doing this for living. But you r, and that is why the customer hired you to fix the problem. It is more efficient. Even you actually spent that much time on looking for the right parts, at least you should have called your customer who had been told to wait shortly. If I knew that I had to pay 200 dollars for you to look for the right parts, I would not choose you to do this job. I think it is fair to let your customer know that how much would cost for your services. I hope this make sense to you. Secondly, I have not shown you the part which I found online. How could you know that it is not the correct part, and how could you know that is in U.S currency? And I am sorry that I did not realize that you would make some profits on the parts. But what I had been told is your hourly price. Based on what I had been told, my understanding was you only making profits from your time. Thanks for telling me that the reason caused the water under furnace is the dirty air filter. Your service man did not mention about that. I do not know is there any misunderstanding between you and your service guy, or between your service guy and me.

1. Our appointment was scheduled for 11am, but the tech (Lawrence) called to ask if he could come early! 2. He presented a couple of options for repair of our water heater, but recommended the cheaper option. 3. He was really nice, good humored and patient with my substandard knowledge of home appliances. I would recommend this business for any major home appliance issues! Top ratings!

After the crew was here from JOB Heating and Air , all collaborating as they tried to figure out my A/C problem (which turned into a furnace problem.. which turned into a/c problem) it took some time to figure out what the real problem was. Jason was amazing as he systematically went through the elimination process to find the problem. I want to say that they were outstanding in their endeavors to fix it as opposed to replacing it. I must have said 5 times, maybe I need a new A/C??? However they wouldn't give up until they found the problem with my existing one, then they told me that even if I had a new a/c installed, the problem would have still existed. They also said.. "Leanna, we'd love to sell you a new A/C, and yes, your A/C is older.. but it is working well... so keep using it until you can't use it anymore" : ) THIS IS MY BIG SHOUT OUT TO SAY THANK-YOU J.O.B AND THE ENTIRE TEAM !!!! I'm almost in tears they were so good to me-it seemed like they were my brothers over helping me.

JOB is very reliable and HONEST. The staff is friendly, professional, and they show up on time. They will not sell you something you don't need or try to fix something that is not broken. We found this company after our air conditioner broke and another company wanted us to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars to get a new one. $200 later, and now 5 years later our air conditioner runs as good as new.
