Last year I took a 7 point in and received what looked like the correct amount. This year they stole half of my back straps, received very little burger, and steaks. I just cut up my second deer of the year myself and have 45 pounds of meat. I got about 25 pounds more doing it myself, without any fat. What does this tell you? They are taking meat However regarding this First response they did call me to discuss the review. Not many companies reach out and contact unhappy customers. That should be noted

The award winning work on the website was done by a talented artist who does Not work for the owners of the company anymore however if you ask for him they lie to your face.

Will not be returning for deer processing service!! Even though the price was very reasonable, I did not get back all my meat, and at this point I'm not even sure I received my deer. I shot a very large adult doe that had dressed hanging weight of 130lbs. They handed me back four little grocery sacks of venison. I spoke to the owner and she made no attempt to make it right and allowed me to walk away disappointed. Not good! I have harvested 70 whitetails in my lifetime, many of which I butchered myself, and I how much meat I should have gotten back. I will make sure to spread the word of their unsavory business practices.
