$1000 service call which resulted in a replaced transformer, which probably didn't need replacing, after the 'diagnosis'. Heat went out a week later and tried to get Evergreen back and they tried to get another diagnostic fee out of me. The second service technician was polite and as helpful as he could be without charging me an additional diagnostic fee. Some of their techs will try to get a review out of you on the spot, even before they turn the heat back on... I waited a week to see if the heat still worked, glad I did. P.S. An automatic water feeder is installed. It is not functioning properly. This must have been missed on the first 'diagnosis'.

Our hot water heater starting leaking and needed replacing so we called around to get a some quotes. Most places charge to give you an estimate but Evergreen had free estimates so we decided to have them come out. The technician Jake who came was very knowlegeable, professional and personable and was able to answer all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with him so we contracted him to do the job. He was back within an hour with a new hot water heater and completed the job in a couple of hours. He went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and also gave us information about future maintenance. I wouldn't hesistate to use Evergreen again if they send Jake to do the work.

I have used this company in the past and was quite pleased with the timely manner in which they got out to us, and the level of professionalism and compassion the technician showed to us. However, this time we had a different technician who only seemed to care about how much money could be made on this emergency call. First he wanted to replace things that did not need to be replaced, and what to call out a second technician to help him do it. Once the problem was finally properly diagnosed he then spent three hours sitting in his truck as my pipes where being heated with a propane heater. Needless to say he left here with a 750 dollar check for his company and yet we still have no water! I am very disappointed and feel like we had been taken advantage of.

I had a difficult plumbing problem due to pipe running through the slab of my house. There was significant risk of the repair ballooning into a major project. Jake from Evergreen did a fantastic job of fixing the problem and taking his time to do the job right. I am delighted with the outcome and how quickly the work was completed after estimation.

We called Evergreen Plumbing to have some fairly urgent plumbing issues repaired. The plumber - Jake - was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous - and patient! He did a wonderful job and while working hard to do everything right, answered all of our questions. If we need work done in the future, or know anyone who does, we will definitely call Evergreen (and ask for Jake).
