Looking at the bulk of these reviews, they seem to be from people that were SENT to collections, not actual business that use their services. I can personally say that everyone that has been sent to collections from our office either refused to pay what insurance did not cover or avoided paying for services rendered by my company. For those that are reviewing due to being in collections, I would suggest taking it up with the company that sent you to collections. Generally, businesses are a little more accommodating in working with you but if you owe the money and are unwilling to pay, there really isn't much room for arguing. That being said, take their reviews with a grain of salt. We have been using their system for a while now and we FINALLY are able to collect what is owed by those sent by our office. The methods for sending them to collections is simple and we generally receive payment in a fast manner. Their staff are pleasant and will take you through the steps to make sure you understand the process and are open to answering any questions you have. Haven't had any issues so far, but I would say that if you do decide to send someone to collections, add the collection's fee of service onto the bill since it does take a chunk of what you owe. Why would a business take a hit for someone unwilling to pay their bill?? Frankly, everyone that has been sent by our office was unwilling to make payments and ultimately refused to pay for work we had done. I would recommend this company to businesses that struggle with individuals who originally agreed to pay an amount but after services are rendered, refuse to pay. Keep up the good work!

They will harass you. Put liens on your property. Call you to tell you "well if you don't want to pay your bills". Washington state gives medical care to heroin junkies for free but if you have to go once in five years and forget to pay have fun dealing with this pos company.

I took this pic off of their website. I've read it...not sure their employee's have, even though it states "everyone of our collectors signs the following collector's pledge upon joining our family." Having to deal with these people has been nothing short of a nightmare, and by the looks of the majority of these reviews, I'm not alone. Everybody's situation is different, not all of us who were turned into collection "refuse to pay their medical bill" as stated by Mr. Packard. As a so called professional company they should treat EVERY human being with respect and dignity, they have failed on so many levels and should be ashamed of themselves! If you are a company and needing assistance on collecting on bills, I'm sure you can find a better company to use, one that maybe has ETHICS...just a thought.

The staff here are always very helpful and accommodating. I have used them for several years. As another reviewer mentioned, the negative reviews are from folks who were sent to collections, not the actual clients that Evergreen is serving. I'm a client, and I think they're great.
