The service is really bad very unprofessional rude staff. I felt as if they don't care about their customers. Rude on the phone and in person, I highly would not recommend them to anyone. If I could No stars would be selected.

I wish I had never gotten my auto loan from them, they are incredibly rude and blamed a mistake clearly done by the teller on me. I will refrain from doing further business with this bank and will tell of my experience to all my friends and family.

The teller was polite but the managers are loan officers are rude! They acted like "that's our policy so deal with it." I wish I never got my car loan with them.
