The worst customer service ever. I do not know if i should ask for a refund, which they will likely ignore, or tell my credit card company to not honor the charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Don't buy Corel products, they have the worst tech support possible. The can't speak English, you can't get in touch with anyone since their Tech people are from India. If I could give a zero rating I would.
until now I'm using more than 10 years the Corel Draw, and I'm so glad. I think this APP is best for Graphic designers.
I bought Pinnacle v16 at $150 new worked great. Then Win 10 and now it doesn't work at all. I have to pay more money to upgrade. What a crock. Support offer 5% off my next purchase. Now my $150 is just a wait of money with this company. They seem to be more interested in my money than making my software work with Win 10.
