The Steak and Cheese was worth the money. Good quality meat and it wasn’t dripping in grease. The mayo is a nice touch and the caramelized onions were also nice.
Not one to post negative reviews, love to give businesses benefit of the doubt. I placed an order today, the grilled cheese that I ordered came unmelted and cold. Do better mid house subs.
Went in today and asked for a steak and cheese with no onions since I’m allergic to them. First bite the whole sub was covered in onions. Even told the cashier twice, please make sure there are no onions. Now I paid for a sub I can’t even eat and had to spit out.
I was in there today around 12pm this afternoon at which it was pretty busy and I want to say the manager behind the counter was by herself trying to make sandwiches along with take orders. She did a fine job holding composure along with meeting the needs of everyone she was waiting on. She apologized for being delayed at which was no problem for me as I noticed that she was very short staffed. I have worked in customer service in the past and know how tough it can be being by yourself at times with a bunch of customers. I definitely enjoy the food and the customer service as I come in often. I also appreciate the fundraising that the company does as I am a firefighter/AEMT and I know the company was founded by firefighters so I greatly appreciate what they do.
I used to go here from time to time their subs really ain't that bad actually I find them to be pretty good. But their prices have gone through the roof is Amanda a fact they're so expensive I won't even go there anymore. $30 for two meatball subs??
Best gluten free sandwich’s around…hands down!! Very consistent and has something for the whole family.
Took a whole hour just to make a gosh darn sandwich man. Had to step in and make my own ya hurd cuh.
Went over an hour before closing, and they were very slow. Forgot half of my order Mac and cheese went back in to get it and they took awhile giving it to me. It was given to me cold. Bread on my sub was soggy. Overall won’t be coming back at night, not worth the money spent.
Genuinely stunned by the rudeness I was treated with on Monday 2/6 by the closing employee. Totally uncalled for.
Such a hit or miss with this place. Their ingredients are good but the people building the sandwiches, more often than not, couldn't care less about the food they are putting out. Usually very sloppy and never consistent. My Chicken & Dumpling soup had neither of which ingredient in the cup tonight. Literally a cup of broth with 1 pea and 1 piece of carrot....for $4. Hopefully Jersey Mikes will be better once they open!
