This company does business very well. They help with the order and keep you informed along the way. Estimates of delivery time were also very good. I ordered a Volther style Corona footstool that is of very good quality. But from reading the information about the product on the website, I expected it to be manufactured to the same specifications as the original. But that was not the case. In a side by side comparison to an original Corona footstool, I found that the seat is noticeably thinner on the Eternity Modern version. Also, the stainless steel bar stock used to make the base is wider. So there is an obvious visible difference from the original. Other than that, their product is much better than most of the reproductions I have seen.
Love all my new furniture I purchased from Eternity Modern! The order was slightly delayed but that was understandable under the current Covid situation. I was a bit nervous about buying furniture online but was happily surprised with the quality of the furniture.
I purchased some chairs from the site and immediately realized I ordered 8 sets of two chairs rather than 8 total chairs! I contacted customer service and worked with Naomi the team to get everything straightened out. They were all so helpful, accommodating, and prompt with their resolution - I was very grateful as it was my mistake in the first place. The whole process was very pleasant - I'd order from them again in a heartbeat.
Great service from start to finish. We purchased two chairs and they arrived within a week of placing our order. They are perfect in our newly renovated living room and although I was worried they wouldn’t be comfortable, they are extremely comfortable. I would recommend the tall if you are more than 5’9”
This is a well made piece of furniture, essentially indistinguishable from the Eames original, and using top quality materials. It's as comfortable as it is good looking.
First of all I requested for delivery to apartment, Eternity Modern doesn’t even have governance over the carrier to drop off the furniture at our apartment as per our request instead it was just dumped on the side of the street. Second they try pinning storage fees on customers and lacked communication throughout transaction. Beware of this vendor!
