TERRIBLE customer Service. Had a propane tank, unopened, purchased at this Esso. They would not refund a penny for tank or gas. Very rude! They encouraged us to take our business elsewhere. We use premium gas but not from this location again!

Stopped by to fill up gas and also register for Esso Extra Rewards card. I ask the customer rep (young Indian guy) about it and he has no clue what I'm talking about. Finally found the form myself on the counter, filled it out and gave it to him. He asks me "What am I supposed to do with this?" with an attitude. I said "I don't know. I thought I was supposed to give it to you" and he just looks at me like I'm dumb. And then, he goes "I'm new here. I don't know". Came out, didn't fill up the gas, never returning.
