I'm a cashier at this station and I agree that some staff/management could be a bit friendlier. I love working here and I love my customers. Also, the propane exchange thing is bizzare! I have NEVER charged anyone $20 for a "deposit"?? I've been working for Chevron for 2 years and THAT sounds like a scam :( I perfusely apologize to the person who was scammed from the propane exchange. We exchange tanks that are 10 years or younger, in semi good condition and are program tanks or competitor tanks.

The staff didn't even know how to charge me for gas and the full time staff that is supposed to be full service just sit there and watch me pump my own gas while in the city of coquitlam it's a law that customers can't pump their own gas. Horrible just plain horrible. I would rather drive 5 mins away to a another station to get far better service.

Staff are very friendly and considerate, they will sometimes give you the morning coffee on the house if you're a regular. No loyalty program but they certainly make it work. The friendliness of the staff is why id go there over other locations.
