Essex Guardian Prescription

Fast, friendly and prompt service. I have been using them for a while now and I am pleased. 4 stars because there is no self service available over the phone to renew your prescription; you have to speak to someone or go in.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for some 30 years. The staff at the pharmacy are knowledgeable, friendly and are understanding of our health concerns. Simply put we feel this pharmacy is the best kept secret in town. Check them out.

Staff are rude at the walk in clinic. Outside of the pharmacy the hours listed are 9-8. I didn’t know the walk in opened at 3 and came at 1. When I asked if taking walk ins the receptionist said “oh my god. This is Annoying. It says it the doctor won’t be in until 3:00.” I asked where and she pointed to a small sticky note on the computer written in pencil. I came back for 2:50 to make sure I had one of the first spots to see the doctor and waited an hour to see him.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, always gonthe extra mile to make sure their customers arw taken care of. Wouldnt go anywhere else
