My 87-year-old mother routinely makes her way to the book stacks, finds the books she wants to borrow and then walks them all the way to the check-out counter. Not an easy task for someone her age. On SEVERAL occasions, the staff has told her that the book she has pulled off of the shelf herself is RESERVED and even though she was able to find it and bring it to the counter, they TAKE THE BOOK FROM HER AND SAVE IT FOR THE PERSON ON THE WAITING LIST. We understand that there are waiting lists for popular books, but if these reservations are so much more important than customers who WALK IN AND FIND THE BOOKS ON THE SHELVES, maybe the staff should DO THEIR JOB and collect these books BEFORE elderly people have to do the job for them, ONLY be turned away WITHOUT THEIR BOOK. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
Great place for kids of all ages. In a world full of technology, it is so important to go back to basics and read, learn and grow. They have such a great variety of every book you can think of. And if that certain book you are looking for isn't there - they promptly order it in for you and then email you when its ready. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Place is clean, open and welcoming. We love going there and will continue

Ordered a few PlayAways and a surprise bag. The librarian selected 10 books that my son loves. Curbside pickup was fast and easy.
