This is the best library that I’ve ever been to. The building is always clean, and the staff is friendly and resourceful. If there is something that you’re looking for, they will help you find it. I’d like to thank Kandice for helping me recently. She went above and beyond to help me, providing me with multiple options and resources.
very disappointing, the building and the the facilities are great, but people working there are non-sense. I registered online for an activity, missed their call to confirm attendance but called back. They answered the phone like never heard of this at all, even though they actually don't have many programs going on. At the activity, we felt discrimination against non English-speaker. Only with the new building doesn't make it a good library!
Very clean open concept environment. washrooms are also very clean. very friendly staff. It lacks a common quite study area. However, two small size 3-4 persons study rooms are available as first come first serve basis for 2 hours time limit. It has good ambience for light reading but not so much for studying.
Staff is friendly, atmosphere is relaxing and website to obtain books is easy to use.
Beautiful space. Kind librarians. Excellent selection of books, including French and Spanish books for children. We love that they have board games available to play. Parents: be aware that there are tablets set up for playing games but they are right beside the children's books so it can be difficult to keep the kids focused on books. I wish they'd put them elsewhere so books aren't competing with blinking beeping eye candy.
What a great library! Friendly staff and a huge selection!
Excellent experience every time! Librarians here are brilliant and always on top of what's current. Our children have been hanging out there since preschool. They're now in high school and still prefer to do their home work and hangout there. So grateful it's finally reopened.
It was good, alot better than the Windsor ones.
I have wonderful experience with this library. washrooms are so clean and computers are always available whenever I go, i never had to wait too long for the next book if not available, staff is excellent but printing and photocopy prices are a bit too high, my overall experience with this location is so good.
We love this library branch. I do office work here sometimes and it offers a place for those to read, and study in peace. The catalogue iPads they have hung up in various spots are never working properly so just use the PC available to look up the books.
