I have been going to Refresh Wellness for many years. Also a very good experience. Zach Hunter is very professional and is an excellent massage therapist. He inquiries on what needs work and will make adjustments during each session.
Erica did a marvelous work on my body relaxation. Definitely recommend her for any kind of body relaxation. I am feeling much difference after the massage.
I have had nothing but the best experiences at Refresh. Everyone I have encountered has been so warm and kind. Kiara is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, listens to what you need, and does a great job! I always feel amazing after a visit. Would absolutely recommend!
I have had such great experiences here. Leah is an excellent massage therapist; she identifies the spots giving me pain and ones I didn't even know about! She works out the knots but without so much pressure that I tense. Leah is knowledgeable and answered my questions about different muscles so I could stretch them on my own after. She always asks questions and lets me know what she is doing, which makes it very relaxing. After my first hour-long massage, I made an appointment for an hour and half the next time.
Read a review from another gentlemen regarding his recovery work done with Zach and was impressed. I had been looking for an experienced massage therapist to work out some deep tissue tension from training so that I could have an easier time with muscle growth- totally the man, can relieve an insane amount of tension, he knows what he's doing to say the least
Loooove this place! So professional and such a relaxing vibe. My massage therapist could tell me where and what all my pain was coming from, so impressed! I went in for migraine/headache relief and have barely had one since! Also they direct bill insurance :
Excellent staff. Receptionist is so kind and Erica is an amazing massage therapist. Very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend her. I went to her while pregnant and have continued to go since. She has helped me tremendously with my hip and lower back pain since having my babies as well as my shoulder and neck pain from a past injury. 5 stars for sure!
I have had such wonderful experiences at Refresh Wellness Studio. Their staff are always so welcoming and kind! I love the space, very relaxing and clean. Danielle is my go-to esthetician; and while I’ve been going to Refresh Wellness Studio for manicures and waxing, I know a number of people who also come here for facials, massages and more! Highly recommend!
