ESM Fines Cakes have been our family favourite cake shop since 2019. We have tried many flavours from them and many more to go. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for quality cakes. We trust them with design flavour everything. Pay attention to “Happy birthday mom” cake from my photos. I didn’t give them design and completely relied on their expertise for flavour as well. I just told them to make a simple cake which would be suitable for my Mom’s birthday. And they made that cake. Thanks ESM for making the occasion special.

Have ordered two cakes. Made exactly according to expectations. Excellent customer service, make you feel like that they do it from heart. Beautiful cake creations. Their cakes are just the perfect amount of sweet to have you craving more. I still receive compliments on how good the cake was. Their cakes are beautiful and delicious!

We had a large birthday party shared between my daughter and mother-in-law and EMS was so accommodating to my requests for an extra special blended party.  The cakes were delicious and the decorating was exactly what I was looking for.  I can't say enough about their generosity and care that went into making the day extra special. Thank you to Shams and the ESM team for a BEAUTIFUL birthday cake!  Our family loved the 10" chocolate butter cream - chocolate mousse - chocolate butter cream chocolate cake :  Soft, fresh, sinful, filling.  Ordered 7 days in advance. Full of tasty fruit, colourful flowers and fancy designs. Easily the best cake ever!  Photo posted. Name  removed for privacy.

I ordered a birthday cake on short notice and still got it on time. The staff member that helped us was very patient and cool-headed and treated us very well. My sibling absolutely loved the cake and it was delicious. Would definitely order again.

My husband bought birthday cake for me from here. Honestly, the best cake we ever had in Edmonton. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend for yummy,  delicious custom-made cakes and pastries if you are Edmonton!

Ordering a cake for my nephew and niece  In Edmonton while i was in England was a task. But i when phoned ESM the intelligent person 'Shamsh' Recognised that  i was calling from Out of town and gave me whats app number to make the selection process easier. Where he thorougly explained the type of cake and next day delivery was arranged. Then the baker team  beautifully made Velvet sponge cake with chocolate waterfall, leaf and flower on top. It was not only a delight to see it but it reached in time for my kidoos birthday. The taste described by the family was Yummy,  very tasty, Premium quality and many more. The process of selecting,  ordering, payment and delivering was flawless. Thank you Samsh, team at ESM for all making this day memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS. Ok this is an oddly funny review. So This is in continuation of my birthday after savoy restaurant I wanted to have Tiramisu cake. I had read good things about this place but didn’t know that they do it as custom cakes by order but I left with a very pleasant experience. So there are many varieties of snacks available. We  me and my mom were greeted pleasantly upon our entry and when I informed that I wanted particular kind of cake as it’s my birthday but it wasn’t available as they make it fresh as custom order so person gave me a pack of cookies for freewell I do wanna say a big Thankyou but reason for giving 5 stars is not simply because I got cookies for free but it’s also the taste of it reminded me of cookies I had in India as a child. They were called little hearts & I liked the sugar crystals on it. It brought me to nostalgic memory of those cookies. So yes with that taste test of cookies I can say the cakes would also taste good. Will place order soon for customized cake. Thankyou

The team at ESM helped me choose the appropriate size for the cake, and offered the classic black forrest or their signature I went with signature! I bought this for my husband as it is his favourite type of cake, and to be honest, I dislike this kind… but I had one bite of this cake… followed by a whole piece!! Words can’t express how moist and fresh it is, and the buttercream icing just finishes off the slice of heaven on your plate! I keep coming back to this bakery for the family atmosphere, and out of this world desserts!

Always top of the quality and the taste of the pastry & cake are phenomenal. My often visited pastry shop in the town. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
