Story

The Escarpment Heights Motel is a brand new 11 unit facility located in Tobermory, Ontario. We opened our doors to provide accommodation to Tobermory’s visitors on June 26th 2014!

We are located on a quiet street right in the village of Tobermory.

All rooms are 360 sq.ft and include:
Kitchenette
Free Wifi

King or Queen Bed

Superb motel! Room and bathroom are large and clean. Very well maintained. Offered a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a extra sink in my room. Appreciates the no smoking and no pet rules.The experience is above the average of 3 stars hotels in big cities. Next to downtown but in a very quiet area. Definitely will come back next time.

We stayed in a queen room and it was all very well organized and clean. The shower was nice & warm. There was complimentary coffee/tea in the room which was nice. Check-in went smoothly and staff was friendly. Restaurants, the harbor and etc. are on 5' walking distance. Only downside: there was just one night table for 4 people, wifi didn't work well and the office wasn't open at the (morning) time that was listed on the office-door (for us to ask some questions).

This is a hidden gem. The rooms were well equipped, spacious and modern. The bed was extremely cosy and comfortable. Bathroom clean with large vanity. Location was perfect as you can easily walk to town centre.

Pretty clean and well maintained. Somewhat cold when we entered but it does help you go right to sleep. They don't allow pets, and no smoking either. There is a special area dedicated for BBQ if need be. Beds are super comfy. I would consider coming back if I ever visit Tobermory.

Very clean and a new building. Wish the doors had a extra locking mechanism or deadbolt like hotel rooms do but that's a little thing. The people were very friendly, beds were great and it was a great price!
