Ernie's Used Auto Parts

I arranged with them to buy 2 parts for Ebay. Sent money, but these guys just canceled the order and did not fulfill our agreement. After that they just ignore me. I do not recommend it. Can simply deceive.

Purchased advertised part on Ebay illustrating a left hand door panel for a Jeep. I received a call from Ernie's stating the picture was wrong showing a left door panel however I would be purchasing a right side, and was I aware of this. I stated no, I need the left side. He stated that he would send the left side. After waiting 2 weeks from purchase date, the right side came UPS. Immediately calling the phone number given on 4/18, was told they don't deal with this contact the internet person. Sent 3 messages stating the same as above, with one response that I paid for a right panel. Ernie's Auto Parts is a scam, illustrating misleading products for sale, and unresponsive as a business to effectively communicate with customers. These auto parts from this Ebay seller should be stopped at the border immediately before entering the USA. In addition, before further transactions continue on EBay that this seller be investigated for trade practices dealing with fraud, and deception to commit fraud.

I was dealing with Sparky for CRV parts. They have good inventory. Parts were in exact condition as described. Fast service too, they shipped it to Calgary on same day.
