Canadian Tire

Store is packed full of deals and it didn't take long for a service person to come along. I found what I needed to get my home repairs done and found out that c.t. does fireworks for the seasons. Prices are reasonable and staff were all friendly great to see all the deals

Canadian tyre is good place for shopping but prices are bit higher than other store available in trail. So please while purchasing any item being a good buyer always check price and quantity wise.

Line ups at parts desk were horrible. Only 1 guy working behind the desk, he was run off his feet. They are obviously very short on trained staff.

Our family has tried to do our part of encouraging businesses to offer products not made in China. Not only do we not believe in many policies that they carry, we also like to support local and would like to strengthen other countries. Upon brining our concerns to the cashiers in the front, we were happy to hear that they were brining up a shift manager to hear our concerns. I took my 4 year old to look around as he was getting bored, came around the corner after 5 minutes to see my father walking to the exit. The manager and 3 cashiers working this evening must’ve thought I had left the store as when I was approaching the returns area, they were heckling us. What an unprofessional environment that does not support the customers concerns.

While the store is well -stocked, some of the aisles are too full and it's tough to navigate them, especially if you've got one of their large buggies. Otherwise, good location with helpful staff.

Canadian Tire - Castlegar is a good place to buy a appliances, tools, tables, all you need is here at reasonable prices. The staff are nice and knowlegeable. Very organized shopping experience.

A large variety of items, plenty of stock, great sales on items at prices you wouldn't imagine. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Store was very clean, felt new. And the store was not too crowded or full, it was easy to navigate.

I am so grateful for Canadian tire having people like Deborah. She one of the customer service did an awesome work at Castlegar's store. I could buy the product I wished for.

Abusive staff towards handicap and elderly. 3 staff members forced my mom out of the store because her large hand bag was against store policy. One proceeded to laugh at her like he was having a good time. I will be filing a formal complaint to head office. Worst Canadian Tire store!

Had the worst customer service I have ever had Took my suv to the Shop. Told them I have bumper to bump warranty Also have rim and tire warranty They failed to call once the suv was ready They charged for tire re balancing they failed to go any further with the warranty and the leaking gasket just sent me on my way Last time they covered every thing I paid 100$ deductible what's the vehicle is fixed they dealt with the insurance company to get it approved and to order the parts in This time was a waste of money and time Now I have to go else were
