Canadian Tire

Had someone pickup a snowblower and bring it to Balfour. The snowblower came with two batteries and a charger. Canadian tire had Assembled the snowblower. When the person who picked up the snowblower to drive it to Balfour arrived, they did not have the batteries or charger. The woman working the customer service desk did not have my purchase ready like she said she would. I purchased it yesterday in person. The customer service agent should’ve made sure that the batteries and charger and snowblower were all together ready for pick up. Seeing as those were all the parts that came with my purchase. When dealing with this location, make sure to ask all the questions. Some people working there have no interest in what they’re doing, In this case, the person working customer service. Most employees working there are actually pretty good. Now I have to arrange to have the batteries and charger picked up and brought to my residence. That’s horrible customer service. Customer service Person should’ve made sure that I purchased was altogether and ready for pick up. Perhaps if she was better trained in retail customer service this issue could’ve been avoided.

Staff is great! Aisles are narrow and some shelves are empty most likely season change over. Over all inclusive enjoyed shopping here!

I tried to return an item for a price reductions refund of $100. to the CT in Castelgar on August 22,2025 for an item bought on August 8,2025 at CT in Kelowna. I was denied based on an individual store 14 day policy even though it was within their time frame! I also explained that the service contact whom I spoke to from the main website contact informed me CT has a 30day price reduction refund policy. I found CT Castelgar's service dishonest and unprofessional. I proceeded to the CT in Trail where they were happy to make the price reduction and confirmed the 30day price reduction refund policy. Yeh!Trail we will switch to your store for all future CT purchases and inform friends and family of the service discrepancy.
