Canadian Tire

I was curious about a return so I called the Canadian Tire in Castlegar and got on the phone with the older lady with white curly hair in customer service Over the phone and ask her about returns she said without receipts you can’t do anything so I brought up with that. I had a Canadian Tire rewards card and she said it wouldn’t work so I called back a few days later and another lady answered and said that as possible, then when I went in to Canadian Tire, it was the same lady older Lady white curly hair and it almost seemed as if she was annoyed that I was trying to return something. I tried small talk and she brushed it off. I don’t think that lady should be in customer Service if she acts annoyed when dealing with something simple

Their prices aren't competitive with anything. I asked about the return policy before buying a paddle board pump has none of the boards give you the specification to be sure the hookups are going to work. Strict 30 days unopened. Guess what all their pumps were already opened. It's at the point that there is no reason to go to Canadian Tire everything they sell has cheaper options elsewhere better customer service and return policies.

Mike is amazing. I bought a kitchen faucet last week. I lost the receipt, Mike went out of his way to replace the missing part. Amazing job Mike. Superstar.

You should hire staff that speaks English first of all ! Second why do the staff behind your counters ignore people standing in front of them . When they clearly aren’t busy !!!!

staff is much nicer and welcoming then 10 years ago xx I enjoy coming here now.
