I only have to go to job and family services for child support. Thank God because I would have to rip my hair out if I had to deal with them for any other reason. I can never get anyone to answer the phone, and then when you leave a message, they are so slow getting back to you. And they are very rude!

For my first time there, everyone seemed pretty nice, used all proper manners, and answered my questions. I don't like the new number thing. They should have more people working, took a little bit if time to get to my number and it was only 2 day. Quite a few people walked out as well.

Awful. Cant ever answer their phones and when i talked to my case worker she hung up on me and said i was in the wrong department.....(I wasnt).
