Hamburg Gaming

Its such a relief to go into a casino and not have to deal with that foul odor of cigarette smoke! That's my favorite thing about this place! I think this place has a terrific wait-staff, you never have to wait more than 7 minutes to get a drink from the waitresses walking by. I wish the games were a little more "loose" but overall, this is a very entertaining venue mixed with good food, good drinks, great service and Friday and Saturday free live entertainment. Once I win a little more - I'll jack my 4 star review up to 5 :)

I'm in fairgrounds casino 2 to 5 times a week the 7 months in West Seneca ..And I spend a lot of money there. I have gone from the Elite level to the Platinum level,and now i am on the Silver level. GUESS WHY? I have the audacity to spend my winters in Florida. Most people don't realize Fairgrounds Casino penalizes you because your not able to spend your money there every month of the year !! I DOUBT THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS EITHER!!! m My player's card #is 20080677 and I'll bet I won't get a follow-up call for this post. I HAVE NEVER HAD I MANGER CALL BACK AFTER I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A FOLLOW-UP CALL. I will now spend my money at the Seneca Casinos. WHO APPRECIATE THERE PATRONS. Bill Collins

It's nice but not enough quarter machines. Lots of penny and two cent machines. Very nice atmosphere and a very helpful security guard who knew everything about the place. By the way, food is great!

The Cleanliness of the entire Gaming Floor! The Friendliness of ALL Staff! The Midway Buffet was outstanding a wide variety of foods Hot Fresh also !!

While I go because I enjoy the smoke free atmosphere, I have been questioning their payback percentage and timing. My wife and I went to the two seneca gaming locations ( Niagara Falls and Buffalo) to see how they payback. We were able to spend hours on a few hundred dollars, won and lost.. vs minutes at Hamburg gaming just losing, many times. Feels like I am just throwing out money when I play there. Makes me feel worse when I see the demographic playing there, most appear to be seniors, most likely there because of the smoke free environment and convenience of not driving to the city. NYS and Delaware North, Do us all a favor and raise the payback percentage and make it a fun experience, nobody going in there is going to walk out a millionaire, but they would like to be entertained.
