Why is it that when you call nobody ever picks up.  I called during business hours: both the 1800 number and the local number.  Its a joke.

I had Mr Ray, he was horrible, for 3 years he had me down paying zero rent, when i was paying 400/mo.  when they finally caught it. He got promoted to another office in a higher position, i got screwed.  dont trust these people to do their job proper, keep a close eye on them.  I complained complained and complained at local office, nothing was done until i called Harrisburg.
