Never go to this store. I asked them to repair my DTEK50 which had a cracked screen, which was supposed to be a straightforward repair which even I could have done the only problem being I couldn't find any parts for it. I give it to them for repair, they call back around half a week later saying I can pick my device up, and the back cover of my phone is literally popping out, I ask them to fix that and repeat the process and when I come back the camera module is broken, and after that I gave up. They gave me 50 dollars and refunded the repairs, and are now selling my old broken phone for 375 dollars. Instead go to Global Mobile down the plaza, I ended up buying an LG G5 for a very reasonable price, the guy there actually knows what hes doing and fixed my device when I had an issue with it for free with no hassle. The only issue is his odd working hours, other than that, avoid this store at ALL costs.

Terrible service, was lied to and laughed at. Dropped of an iphone to be repaired and was told it would be complete the next day, went to pick it up and was told it was not ready and would be ready the next day. The day it was to be repaired, they claimed they could not fix it, after previously saying it could 100% be repaired multiple times. After making a complaint about their service they proceeded to laugh. overall terrible customer service, would not recommend.

More then fair prices and very sincere customer service. Makes business personal and friendly consistently with every customer and visit.

Got my I phone 6 fixed here and touch didint work and my screen wasn't aligned properly it didint work touch wise it was un responsive no touch and when I came home it was cracked I would not ever get my phone fixed here it is the worst place

Promised to set a plan. Was hard to communicate. Was avoiding and kept promising. After few months I gave up. Left my existing plan as he advised. Ended up on a hook with rogers and losing money.
