I came into Era to look for an engagement ring with my partner. We had an appointment with Camille and were so impressed with the amazing customer service we received. She was great at showing us all of options in Rose Gold and listening to what I liked or didn’t like about certain rings. I quickly found one I fell in love with and she let me put it on hold for a week while I thought about it and explored other options. I knew after my experience at Era I wanted to support a local jewelry store. I am absolutely in love with my ring and have received so many compliments about how beautiful and unique it is. I would highly recommend Era for engagement and wedding bands.
Our journey with Era began in 2017 when we were in the beginning phases of having our engagement ring made. It was quite a unique project and we had booked to see a few jewellers around Vancouver. Era was our first stop, and our last. We cancelled our other appointments because of the warm and familiar feeling we got from Rosemary, Karen, and the whole team. Rosemary spent the first portion of our consultation telling us about the lore behind snake. Symbolism and rings - we knew we were in the right place. Next came the wedding bands a few years later, and my partner had lots of ideas about how he wanted the wedding bands to be, and when we went to the appointment to se the models - they were perfect. He had no feedback at all! Finally came the anniversary band, which I just received a couple days ago. This was designed long distance as we have since moved to New Zealand. Lots of photos were exchanged, and the ring came out perfect. The whole set is absolutely magical together. I would highly recommend era for their personal service, attention to detail, and friendly staff.
Got my wedding band and engagement ring here, did custom designs for each that were slight modifications on their stock designs. Their team was so easy to work with! Definitely recommend. They have a great selection of gemstone engagement rings.
Great place to get a custom ring! Had a lovely phone consultation, went through everything I wanted for the design and stone, and the rest of the process was smooth, fast, and with lots of communication. The final ring was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted; my fiancée loved it. Really love the commitment to ethical stones as well.
Huge thank you to the entire team at Era Design! My future hubby had my engagement ring custom made with you and I could not be happier with the design! It's gorgeous! Then, future-hubby and I took a trip to Vancouver, and you were able to squeeze us in last minute not only to drop the ring off for sizing, but also let us come back to check out some wedding bands too! I just got my ring back from being re-sized today and it fits perfectly! I can't even tell there was anything done to it other than the fact that it fits now, your designers did phenomenal work, I am so impressed. 10/10 am recommending to everyone I know, you guys are fantastic!! Just an amazing experience!
I had a wonderful experience finding my engagement ring at Era! They have a beautiful selection of rings, and I especially loved the variety of coloured stones and engraved bands. All the staff we worked with were easy going, knowledgable, helpful, and very patient while I went back and forth about different options. This was my first time trying on any rings like this, so it took some time to narrow down what I liked, and with their advice I felt really confident that my final decision was not only beautiful, but also a piece that I could wear comfortably day to day. Can't wait to work with era again for our wedding bands!
My partner and I really enjoyed picking out wedding rings from Era, including working with them to custom design one ring. They didn't seem to mind us running through a ton of different ideas. It was a lot of fun, and my wedding ring is pretty much one of my favorite things ever. When there was a problem with my ring many years later, they were still very quickly able to help fix it. Highly recommend!
Amazing team to work with. Sophia helped me throughout the whole process from first inquire and to shipping my ring. I have bought a pre-made ring and had it sized in person and got to see my ring for the First time. It was surreal seeing it. I’d definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for beautiful unique engagement rings to check out their catalog.
Era Designs was able to craft me an amazing engagement ring remotely. They were professional and responsive, and the ring looked even better in person than in the pictures! Would recommend them at anyone looking at designing an engagement ring.
