Epiderma - Soins Médico-Esthétiques

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation for laser hair removal. I’ve paid about $700 for under my chin area, my technician was nice and I also paid $ 50 for the cream which you apply after each treatment. My second appointment was with another technician named called Kira , she was very professional. For my third appointment, the two previous technician were no longer working there. The technician changed the setting to really high, my face was itchy, red and swollen. My face was swollen for two weeks. When I called to speak with the technician about my swollen face, she was laughing on the phone. I guess she was that ignorant about the whole situation. My next session was with another technician, she had no skills. She had to go to the front desk ask for guidance from the receptionist. At some point, she would put the setting on high. When I asked for the numbing cream, she yelled and said I don’t care about what the other two technician gave you. I am not applying numbing cream, two ignorant people were talking without knowing the fact my face was burning. I was in so much in the pain, the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. Both of them were yelling at me, I’m wondering why you hire such unprofessional & tacky people. It’s funny how those crazy technicians were relocated to downtown clinic. I didn’t see any improvements I wasted my time and my money on this place.

Promoting Laser Yag as a treatment for people with a darkskin tone but when I got there, the technician told me that I was too dark for that (I'm brown skin). She said it with a very condescendent manner. So basically, their treatment is only for white tanned women. If you're black, don't even bother going there.

Si je commence à me plaindre envers vous sa n'en finira jamais! Donc, vaut mieux 1 étoile pour avertir le monde que vous êtes une arnaque... Tout simplement..

Manque de professionnalisme des techniciennes. J'ai payé pour 6 traitements aux lasers à forfait. Lors de la séance de consultation pour information, malgré mes inquiétudes on m'a encouragé à suivre les traitements. Plusieurs centaines de dollars plus tard, aucun résultat autre que des brûlures aux zones traitées. Je vous conseille fortement de consulter une esthéticienne spécialisée au lieu de faire affaire avec Epiderma. Chez Epiderma, vous aurez une technicienne différente à chaque consultation... donc à chaque fois vous serez obligé d'expliquer à nouveau vos besoins. Le professionnalisme des techniciennes est inégale. Très déçue de mon expérience!!!

Traitement de varices par injections. Manque de professionalisme de la technicienne qui aidait le médecin (ou infirmière??) qui me fesait les injections. En plus, je n'ai vu aucun résultat Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience. Si vous voulez faire ce traitement je vous déconseille... Allez plutôt voir un vrai chirurgien esthétique. Je donne 1 étoile car pour épilation au laser cela a moyennement fonctionné pour les aisselles. Résultats médiocres au niveau du bikini. Je vais faire mes retouches ailleurs!
