My opinion -their site lacks before-hand info. You're required to bring your own hair packs if you don't want to pay 10$ per hair packs. I was told 8hours later that it was an additional $40 4 packs was needed to complete the style. Nevertheless, I loved my braids & the stylist was very accommodating with all my requests! Just wish more communication before styling as there are times where the cash that was asked to bring is all the customer will have on them. Thanks!

0 Customer service. I called as I just wanted a last minute wash and the phone call went something like this: Me: Hello how are you? Her whomever it was: Good It really took a humongous effort out of her to respond Me: I was wondering if you have an opening today for a wash Her: No, we don't Me: Ok, thanks. Click Seriously, black entrepreneurs... Let's do better, less attitude and Let's have a huge piece of humble pie! No matter how successful you and your business are already! Sincerely

By far the best!!! Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews! I booked my appointment for yesterday December 8th 2022 at 10am and was done by 5:30 pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier and my stylist Tina took me right away. I had booked knotless braids small mid back 42” but because I was sold the wrong hair length 72” I had no choice to get that Beyoncé length and there was no complaints from her about it either. She was tender with my scalp as I had previous damage from a 2016 nightmare. Although there super long, there not heavy and I slept well with them. The atmosphere is clean & welcoming especially when your fluent in multiple languages and understand creole and African dialects I always say don’t knock it till you try it. Trust me y’all won’t regret it!!!

I've been here 3 times for box braids and various services box braids, deep condition, etc and I've been really happy with the consistent service. My appointments have always started on time, and I've always left happy. These ladies of quick and professional. Nikki's box braids were so well installed and lasted longer than other installations I've had. Thank you!

Not satisfied with the lace frontal install. I was expected it to slay like the hair was growing from my scalp but it turned to be like I am wearing a cheap wig. The brown cap is essential in frontal install. They really need to update their method. Please visit #King_carter90 and #anthonycuts on instagram for some good lesson.

When clients go thru the door, there is no one to greet them. I got confused because I did not even know if I was at the right place. Anyways, I love the deco. The personnel is very relaxed. My braids came out BOMB af sorry for my language, I loved my experience.
