Tandoori Tonite

This little joint is now under new management. But the quality and the deliciousness of the food can not be compared to any restaurant in and around the area. I have been there 3 times now and will continue to go and every time I go I try different item from the menu and I have Zero complain. Very friendly family runs the business and always fresh food. They have the best tandoori and naan I have ever had and when it comes to price, it cannot be compared to any other restaurant.

Great little hole in the wall location I Brampton for some awesome food. Awesome prices, wonderful portions, and delicious flavours. Quality family style cooking done right. A must go to place when you are craving some good take out food.

Revisted August, 2019: We discovered this take-out place several years ago when they were showcased on CBC-Radio One, Metro Morning. Whenever we cruise down Hwy 410, we make a detour at Sandlewood Parkway to pick up THE best butter chicken we have ever experienced. If one has the time, pick up the fish pakora it is also delicious. Tandoori Tonight made such an impact on my spouse, she insisted that I pick it up for her birthday an ~2h round trip [from Fairview Mall via Hwy 407], so bring an insulated hot-pack. It’s fascinating to watch our naan being made. I’ve picked up from Tandoori Tonight about 1/2 dozen times... and I’ll continue to give them my business. Bravo, eh. ...6 months prior... I had the pleasure of returning to Tandoori Tonite for more of Ms. Javed’s amazing butter chicken. Her store was showcased on CBC Metro Morning back in August/17. After over a year, the quality’s still as excellent as ever. I purchased 3 orders of butter chicken for my wife’s birthday party. The owner, Ms. Sanina Javed, outlined in detail & with copious hand gestures how to properly reheat the tray no microwave… never… use a pot. Pot. POT. While I waited for my take-away order, I enjoyed an order of fish pakora. Now friends, I thought I knew what good pakora tasted like. This. This was something different. The portion was generous. The halibut ?, sole ?, whitefish was delicately seasoned, moist, and well-drained. The cooking oil was fresh not stale. The side of garlic naan, was just like how my mum used to make my Ukrainian mother didn’t make naan, per say; however, she did know how to use fresh garlic. I was happily burping garlic all the way home to Don Mills. Yes, it’s indeed a long drive to Brampton; however, it’s worth the visit to 15A Fisherman Drive. BTW, Ms. Javed: I’m uncertain HOW you got my cell phone number. I appreciated the 2 phone calls urging me to return and pick up the missing orders of garlic naan. I was on the freeway and it was too icy to pick up the telephone. I appreciate you heroic efforts to complete my order. Sincerely, “ScubaMan”.

Not impressed. Taste of food was mediocre. Also found a piece of plastic in my biryani. I will not be ordering from here again.

Highly recommended. I always have a great time when I come here for my take out, it's a little far for me, but worth the travel. Their Tandoori foods are outstanding and their Biriyani options are great. Their food actually stays warm for a while, I think because of aluminum container they use for the take out. The service is great, and prices are very very reasonable, I will still come 3-4 times a year or even more if I can make it.

I heard a lot of this restaurant from my friends. So when I visited my mother in Brampton. I got her Butter chicken from here, and was recommended the Naans from the lady in the front when I just order the Butter Chicken. My mom was very happy with the food and I must say that this restaurant lives up to the hype .

Ive been contemplating on this place to try them out for years! I bought 3 dishes 2 of them were butter chicken which tasted good and the other were mutton curry which i wasn't pleased with giving me me gravy and 4 bones! For $12.99 Not worth coming in for my travel time and money definitely not coming back.

Simple-looking old school place, but the food is great. Homestyle cooking. Done fresh. Had the biryani rice and tandoori chicken - both excellent. No dine-in facilities. I suggest you call about 10 mins ahead and place your order for optimal service; if not expect a 10-15min wait if you order when you get there.

Would I be lying if I said it was the worst place I've gone to for Indian food? Yes. Would I ever go back? No. Would I suggest it? No. We ordered a few different dishes; veg and non veg. It smelled amazing but was deceiving as it didn't taste very good. The Shahi paneer didn't have flavor. The Aloo Palak was less than mediocre. The butter chicken had four/five small pieces. You couldn't even see the pieces of chicken in the butter chicken. The tandoori leg was the best of it all. We also ordered garlic naan which was decent but chewy not in a good way. Service was fast and the employees were nice. That's about it. The place looked ghetto. Didn't seem complete. Pricing was listed on Bristol board using marker; didn't seem very well put together.

This is my go to for Indian Food. It's so close to my home so not long til I get to eat. Love the butter chicken and kebabs. Naans are so fresh and fluffy! Have to try some other dishes for sure. Staff is awesome too...Give it a shot when in the area.
