Purchased a dress for my 11 year old for a banquet. She went to try it on again to be sure before the 10 day return and strap was not attached. I didn’t love the dress and wanted to return and find something more suitable. Went to return and would not offer refund, even within the 10 days on the 10th day, tags attached and unworn. Not happy with HSC service will not shop here again. I should add they were helpful at time of purchase, just not service after purchase.

I did not end up buying a dress there but the girls that were working the evening of may 31st we’re incredible. I must have tried in every dress there. Came back and forth and in and out struggling with my body image and they were so kind and patient with me. Amazing group of ladies there tonight. If you girls see this. Thank you so much for being so kind and patient with me.
the workers were extremely nice and helpful. got a good deal on the dresses as well, the store is extremely clean and organized. loved it!

HSC has very poor costumer service, very entitled worker’s unfortunately
Carry very nice dresses for evening and parties. The designs are really nice and prices are okay. Park lane branch carry Canada goose jackets which I find very convenient to try and make a purchase. Staff are nice and greet you right away.
Only thing about this place is I had something on hold and when I came to get it they said they sold it.
I stepped into this store for the first time today and was not disappointed. Everyone working was so friendly and helpful and I also found some unique shirts and skirts I wasn't able to find elsewhere.
