Good deals and selection but the sizing is off. This store closes their fitting rooms half an hour before the store itself closes. I get that the employees don't want to have to stay late putting clothes away but I think there are other ways around that. I wouldn't have as much of a problem with this rule if it was posted and well advertised but it is not. I got to the store at 8:25pm and had some clothes in my hands while browsing one of the associates asked if I would like to try them on. I told her yes but i'm not finished looking yet and all she said was no problem. I went back a few minutes later after finding some more items and a different girl says oh sorry the fitting rooms are closed now you can't try those on. I was quite frustrated by this as it is not common practice from my experience in retail. I would buy more if I was able to try it on first. Not to mention none of the 3 associates offered to help put the items back and I was the only person in the store they just stood around talking. Not a positive shopping experience !
Great selection and amazing prices
This store is amazing the staff is friendly, wish they had more sizes in store however the employees offered to order the item I was looking for and have it shipped directly to my house free of charge ,clean store overall a wonderful experience.
I think they need to learn how to treat people not judge people ... They have staff that is phony and talk about you soon as you walk out the door.. the floor have so much dust and have no desire to even do anything about it ... I have asthma and i notice as soon as i go in, also they are so rude to staff and can tell they have favorites there ... One person who is a very excellent worker is Sasha she is the sweetest ..and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is taken care of ...
I found what I was looking for here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store itself is not designed for shopping enjoyment at all though. They are way too small with customers on top of each other if you happen to be in the same aisle, not that's incorrect. There are no aisles. Great place to find cheap costume jewelry and accessories
Loved the selection of flip flop wedges and summer slippers...walked out with 06 pairs!
Horrible. There were three staff. I walked around the store twice and tried on two different pairs of shoes. Then kept going back to the shoes and nobody gave me the time of day. I even walked by two of the girls and when they got eye contact they looked away!!!! Grrrrrrrr!!! So rude. Won't be back!
Went in check out shoes. I was in the store 10 minutes and not once did the 2 sales people acknowledge my presence at all even though I was 5 feet from them. I was going to make a purchase when I first walked in but not even getting a simple hello I decided the store didn't deserve my money. I would have understood if they were busy but they weren't.
We were there yesterday..the new Mumford location.My daughter LOVES Ardene,,but she is in a wheelchair,and honestly,I find it hard as a able bodied person to shop.It's so crowded!....Why must everything be so tight.People need to move to shop!....We love shopping,but it makes it very hard to get around ,and please,if your to have a push button outside for accessibility to open the door,please have it working..
Nice clothing, but not much selection...I look at online stores, but what what they have online and stores is vastly different.
