EnviroTech Septic Solutions

My septic system failed after hours and I had to have an emergency pump out after hours. At that time I didnt know that Envirotech does do after hours pumping and repairs. I initially had the tank pumped by a different company who sent their "septic repair expert". While the other guy pumped the tank he told me that for an additional $287 He could "diagnose" the cause of the failure and then for an additional fee and another service call come back the next day and fix it. During the pump out the other guy made mention that he saw multiple things "wrong" with the system and I needed to agree to pay him to diagnose the system. I declined. My normal plumber had warned me about the other guys and told me not to let them do any repairs, to only have them pump it and wait for Envirotech. I am so glad I listened. The next morning I called Envirotech and they came out the same day. I was not home at the time, but about 45 minutes after Mike arrived I got a phone call...he said he had good news and bad news. Bad news he was going to have to charge me a service call. Good news....it was a fuse in the control box and I had a spare in the box. He switched the fuse. He inspected the whole system, cleaned all the wires and check all other components. Total cost of the service call $150. He said all other components were working just fine. Mike asked me what the other guys charged me to pump it, I told him. He cringed and apologized. He told me that Envirotech is in the process of setting up an after hours number for emergencies and gave me his card with his cell phone number. I highly recommend Envirotech. Reputable and honest company with quality service and exceptional customer service!

They did a large job for me. It went very well, very nice people, good communicators. Cleaned up nicely. I have worked with several company in the pass 28 years. I will go back to them again.

Highly recommend these folks. New septic installation went smoothly. Very good communications. Very helpful with follow up questions. A good company to do business with.

The company arrived when they they were scheduled and Ezra did a good job cleaning the tank. I was charged a $75 re-certification fee and later found out that I did'n't need it re certified. A few weeks later the septic pump stopped working. After much haggling they replaced the pump and they requested that I pay them to fix their error. Ezra was professional and respectful but the management of the company cares little about customer service or county policies. There are many other providers in the Olympia area......choose some one else.

Very wonderful people. Bought a house and within two weeks the septic pump went out. They came out and literally charged me almost half of what another place quoted me. I would refer them to friends and family.
