HORRIBLE! Waited 4 hours past the time they were suppose to be at my residence. Was reassured they would have my results back for a house I was selling by the end of the month which was our closing date. I had to call 17 days later only to find they never sent it in. Was told payment was drafted from my account, only to receive a bill 4 months later claiming I never paid. Then claimed that they tried to draft but insufficient funds, which is impossible because I have my account set up to automatically pull from my savings. So I set up a payment plan with them due to it being their error that caused the issue, and now when I call I get put on hold, and rude customer service representatives when I call. The credit department manager is polite and was very understanding of what happened and is the only person I will deal with from now on. Once its paid I will no longer use Flo-Hawks.

Way too expensive for what was done anyone who is looking for a decent plumber that isn't going to rape your wallet don't use these guys.

We set up an appointment on Tuesday. We paid to have our tanks uncovered because they had time on Friday ( both my husband and I have 8-5 jobs). They said they would be here on Friday between 1-5; we took the afternoon off. We called them after 4 and 5. We had evening plans. They said, "truck was in the area", both times. They called us at 6:18 and said truck was in route. The truck showed up at 7:40. Just as we finally decided to sit down to eat dinner - evening plan were cancelled. Sorry- we did our part- you did not FlowHawk. I do not recommend this company. They took great pride and energy to lead us on. Please choose someone else. Fortunately we needed help due to a permit requirement and not a crisis. We will look for a company who appreciates our business.
