Enviro-Tech

We have been using several generation of kinetico's drinking water system and now upgraded to the K5. They are expensive but enviro-tech are among the most affordable pricing if u shop around GTA kinetico dealers. I know it's hard to believe because after u use your negotiation skills ur parents taught u, they are still very expensive. However if ur looking only at the numbers then u should just go to Amazon and install one yourself stop challenging kinetico owners. Anyways they have pretty good service and we paid once, everything is taken care of. No issues and only regular filter change every 12-18 months. They also will keep track on ur behalf. We haven't had the soft water so I can't comment on it.

Great service but unfortunately the extremely expensive water softener doesn't not give you the result. I could have paid 1/2 and get better result.
